**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update clinic operation systems to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Capture and input client and business data accurately into dedicated spreadsheets.
- Monitor and manage electronic health records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Generate, analyze, and present monthly reports on business growth and strategic developments.
- Facilitate efficient client management, including tracking appointments, follow-ups
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to optimize clinic workflows.
- Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars for staff and clients.
- Maintaining client confidentiality
- Assist with billing, accounting, and other financial tasks as needed.
- Implement and uphold a system for managing office inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, and experience with data management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and mental health practices is advantageous.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
