**About the role**

**This is a temporary position of a duration of 12 months.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the development and documentation of functional business requirements, analysis tools and solutions, including enhancements, changes or fixes to business systems in collaboration with senior staff, clients and IT.
- Ensure user acceptance testing is conducted to address any potential issues businesses may have and works with the partner to resolve them.
- Perform data quality verification activities to ensure system inputs/outputs are accurate and complete.
- Ensure effective administration and maintenance of access to all business systems on a regular basis.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to ensure the highest level of data accuracy and integrity and ensures adequate testing procedures are carried out.
- Liaise with internal and external clients and other stakeholders to clarify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain appropriate functional business system documentation and process controls.

**What you should have**:

- Undergraduate degree in a related field such as computer science, business administration or commerce and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.
- Minimum of five years experience in implementing or overseeing changes to ERP systems (preferability Microsoft D365FO).
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
- Project management skills acquired through the management of small to medium-sized projects.
- Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities with demonstrated ability to interface and work with colleagues, showing tact and diplomacy at all times.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to reason logically and recognize assumptions.
- Experience in supporting and working with Microsoft D365FO, Azure, Power Apps and reporting.
