**FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES**

Les fonctions principales d’un cuisinier Casa Grecque sont la qualité et l’exactitude des recettes de tous les aliments qui se retrouveront dans l’assiette de nos invités. Il se doit d’être organisé, propre de son travail propre de sa personne et efficace dans son travail. Le respect des normes d’hygiène et salubrité est primordial.

Chaque cuisinier est membre à part entière de l’équipe Casa Grecque. En plus de ses responsabilités, quel que soit son poste, chaque membre de l’équipe est responsable d’aider les autres membres de l’équipe de cuisine au besoin afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement du restaurant.

**QUALITÉS/EXIGENCES**:

- Préparation de repas de qualité et de préparations alimentaires selon les recettes de la compagnie.
- Daté, entreposé et faire la rotation d’aliments dans les différents espaces prévus à cet effet.
- Assuré une standardisation au niveau du portionnement et de la présentation des plats.
- Assuré la propreté des équipements et des ustensiles de cuisines.
- Nettoyer et stériliser les aires de préparation.
- Assister les autres cuisiniers pour assurer un service rapide et exact des plats.
- Assurer que les standards en sécurité alimentaire soient respectés
- Autres tâches connexes qui peuvent être assignées.

**CORE RESPONSABILITIES**

The main functions of a Casa Grecque cook are the quality and accuracy of the recipes for all the foods that will be on the plates of our guests. He must be organized, clean of his own work, clean of his person and efficient in his work. Compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards is essential.

Each cook is an integral member of the Casa Grecque team. In addition to their responsibilities, regardless of their position, each team member is responsible for assisting other members of the kitchen team as needed to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

**QUALITIES/REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to company recipes.
- Label, date, store and rotate food products in appropriate storage areas
- Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet company standards.
- Ensuring that cooking equipment and utensils are clean before each use.
- Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas.
- Assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
- Has a good physical shape.

**WAGE SCALE**:Personalized salary based on experience.
