- So, what will your new role look like?_

As the Community Relations Manager in the brand team, you will be the driving force behind scaling our brand through strategic community engagement with external networks, virtual communities, events, influencers, and diverse audience segments. Your mission is to foster positive perceptions and raise awareness of our products, leveraging the power of others in the community to amplify our reach and make a significant impact on our brand's growth and success.

You will:

- Develop and execute strategies to actively engage with virtual communities, industry forums, and social media groups relevant to our brand. Foster authentic relationships to enhance our brand presence in these communities.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify and support events and meetups. Represent our brand at these events and explore potential marketing partnerships and networking opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with Microsoft MVPs and influencers within IT and employee experience and HR communities.
- Engage with communities to create positive perceptions of our products.
- Engage with users in community forums and social media channels, providing timely and effective support.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant third-party blogs owners, podcasts hosts, YouTubers, Redditors and other content creators that share our target audience.
- Leverage these platforms to extend our brand's reach.
- Work closely with our content creators to amplify our articles, videos, and other content within external communities and partner channels to maximize visibility.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement efforts on brand and products perception and awareness. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with the Product Marketing team and Customer marketing Manager to ensure seamless alignment of user insights, feedback, and community engagement with product messaging and launch strategies, all while authentically sharing information and fostering education.
- Partner closely with our Events Specialists to coordinate community events and collaborations.
- Media monitoring to react within the relevant community at the right moment with the appropriate context when necessary. Connect to appropriate internal SME when necessary.

**What does your future team look like?**

You'll be part of a team of around twelve brand enthusiasts who work together in various areas like strategy, brand management, digital marketing, design, writing, PR, and events. The aim is to build a strong foundation for the Workleap brand and its products, presenting them favourably in competitive markets and attracting top talent through an appealing employer brand. As a member of the marketing team, you'll collaborate with all team members and work closely with other teams.

Our current focus involves making the new Workleap brand widely recognized, boosting visibility for our products, and creating a distinctive presence in a highly competitive market. Your role will be essential in sharing our story and promoting the Workleap brand within communities. Expect a mixture of tasks that are both diverse and impactful, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-8 years in marketing, community management or a related field.
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to strike the optimal balance between developing strategy and executing.
- Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with interviews or feeling comfortable in front of a camera.
- Could involve occasional travel for events and occasions.
- Familiarity with HR and IT industry trends and target audience preferences.
- Proficiency in content amplification and influencer marketing.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Event participation experience.
- Strong ability to leverage various digital tools for community management and engagement.
- Passion for brand advocacy.
- Autonomous and creative approach to developing community engagement initiatives, with a proactive drive for results.
