**Position Purpose**:
You will also support operational and business process alignment with other business units, including Sales, Easement, and Acquisitions, Environmental Management, Asset Management, and others as required.

**What You Will Do**:

- Support review of provincial properties and assess property constraints and opportunities.
- Provide front-line oversight on matters which may impact the provincial real estate portfolio.
- Liaise with internal groups to coordinate responses for feedback and comments on development proposals and planning initiatives across the province.
- Provide operational, analytical and research support for the overall Portfolio Planning, Development, and Transactions team and other business units in the Real Estate Division.
- Provide research, analytical and general support to senior management.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- A Post-secondary degree in a related discipline such as Real Estate, Land Use Planning, or Business combined with 3 years relevant experience in real estate strategy/advisory/consulting, development or land use planning, and providing program support in a corporate or business environment.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with third parties and other resources to collect and analyze information to support project and stakeholder objectives.
- Post-secondary degree in a related discipline such as Real Estate, Land Use Planning, or Business.
- Familiarity with site due diligence activities such as land use planning, environmental site assessments, heritage conservation studies, etc.
- Familiarity with real estate financial analysis and economic factors that affect real estate decision-making.
- Strong organization and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze and synthesize data and information in order to identify and extract information to support due diligence goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear, cogent and legible manner, by written reports and verbal presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and customer service skills.

The salary range for this position is
** $58,900 to $88,400 **, with a corresponding job level of
** P2**.

Employment in the Real Estate Division is conditional upon obtaining security clearance through the Program & Policy Enablement Branch, Supply Chain Ontario of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.
