Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join their team as the go-to liaison between their internal squad and the cherished customers. If you've got a knack for turning frowns upside down and making customers' day, this could be your perfect match

**Job Tasks**:
+ Show some love by smoothly handling orders from our clients' awesome customers, both over the phone and online through the fancy JD Edwards 'E1' system.

+ Be the info guru Answer all those burning questions about product availability, pricing, and where the heck that precious order is at the moment.

+ Supercharge the shipping game using E1, ensuring those goodies reach the customers right on time.

+ Be the hero who's always one step ahead Keep an eagle eye on the orders, foresee any potential hiccups, and work with the team to have a backup plan ready to roll.

+ Embrace those unexpected challenges with grace and knowledge, making sure the customers walk away with a huge smile on their faces.

+ Become the ultimate friendship-builder Forge strong bonds with the important folks in our customers' organizations, because long-term partnerships are the real deal.

+ Make sure the crystal ball is clear Work with customers to ensure those predictions are spot-on and orders are in before the clock strikes "too late."

+ Be the Sherlock Holmes of problem-solving Work hand in hand with other cool cats from various teams like Sales, Credit, Research & Development, Scheduling, and Traffic, to troubleshoot any product or service issues like a pro.

+ Keep things ship-shape by ensuring all those customer master files are up-to-date and accurate in E1. Think of it as your secret mission to meet their every service need.

+ Rock that profitability boat by knowing the ins and outs of the sales game - from taxes to margins to volume to delivery, handle it all like a true pro

+ Be the captain of improvement island Dive into identifying how we can do things better and aim for the stars in smashing those performance goals.

+ Keep that learning train chugging along Jump on board any training opportunities to up your game and show off those skills.

**Qualifications**:
Are you the ultimate tech whiz, navigating through the Microsoft Office suite like a boss? We need you to be a wizard with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. No biggie if you can pull off some tricks in French or Spanish too

+ Are you the Sherlock Holmes of attention to detail and organization? We're on the lookout for someone who can spot a needle in a haystack and organize it all like a pro.

+ Do you have experience dancing with the big boys like JD Edwards, Oracle, or SAP? Show us what you've got in the enterprise resource package world
