Creativity and attention to detail is at the forefront of our strategy, while we strive to empower individualism, inclusivity and diversity and continuously promote a positive and creative team environment.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking an Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team located at our Toronto fulfillment centre. The coordinator will be responsible for managing and performing a variety of tasks in packaging, shipping, receiving, storing, and accounting for merchandize in order to fulfill orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels. In addition, the role will support the operations team with timely execution of order and system/process documentation. This individual will need to have great organizational skills, extreme attention to detail and be a natural self-starter.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for daily order picking, packing, shipping and receiving under set Service Level AgreementResponsible in managing inventory accuracy across all platformsUse carrier portals to schedule shipments and schedule pickupsResponsible for EPR transaction accuracy and order inputsResponsible for quality assurance for all incoming productsAssist in all tasks and act as a backup for fulfillment specialistAssist in system/process documentation with the goal of optimizing productivity, logistics and the customer experienceOccasional lifting and bending is requiredOther duties assigned by managerQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business with 1 year of experience in supply chain managementLuxury apparel industry experience preferredKnowledge of logistics would be an assetHigh level of attention to detail is a mustThrives in a fast paced environmentProficient in software like Microsoft Office, G-suiteProficient in managing and operating ERP softwareAble to work alone and a natural self-starterPossess a positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitudeGood verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical and a problem solver with a good sense of judgment and adaptable to different situationsHighly developed multi-tasking and organizational skills with ability to work well under pressure
