**Responsibilities**:

- Helping assist clients with their shipping needs.
- Answering inbound and making outbound calls.
- Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution.
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Educating clients on our products and services.
- Resolving shipping challenges.
- Live problem solving.

**Requirements**:

- Customer service experience an asset.
- Ability to solve complex problems and think outside the box.
- Effective listening skills, and patience and tolerance when dealing with difficult customers.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with co-workers, clients and suppliers.
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Enjoys learning and retains infromation well.
- Perceptive.
- Capable of overcoming challenges.
- Interest in the logistics industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
