**Title**: Executive Assistant

**Location**: Niagara Region (preferably, Niagara-on-the-Lake)

**Job Type**: Part-Time (approx. 10 hours/week)

**Work Model**: Hybrid

**Salary Range**: $1,000 - $1,200 monthly

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and efficient Executive Assistant. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our owner, managing workflows, and ensuring the smooth operation of Story Mode and its clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Play a key role in organizing and streamlining office workflows and administrative processes.

Effectively manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling appointments, booking calls, and ensuring optimal time management.

Handle a variety of documentation tasks including drafting, editing, and organizing documents and correspondence with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.

**Professional Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant for at least 2 years (exposure to a law office setting is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and other office productivity and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and workflow management is an asset.
