**Airways Truck Rental, Leasing and Sales** has been serving Western Canada since 1963. We provide various transportation solutions for our customers.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **Shop Coordinator** to join our Nisku team

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate fleet vehicles being returned for detailing and automotive work and completing visual inspections of vehicles

2. Coordinate the movement of fleet vehicles including picking up and delivery of vehicles

3. Complete vehicle inspection reports and follow up on required detailing and maintenance

4. Prepare trucks and vehicles to be ready for customers

5. Train and monitor detailing and accessory installation process with staff

6. Detailing including but not limited to cleaning interior - vacuuming, washing and window cleaning
- Exterior washing of motor vehicles including engine and exterior frame
- Installation of accessories, safety equipment and decals to vehicles
- Driving and moving of fleet vehicles
- Maintain a clean and safe rental, equipment and lot area
- Other duties as required

- Outstanding proven customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- Exceptional strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail for detailing and quality control of automobiles
- Ability to bend, squat and crouch and lift a minimum of 25 kgs
- Able to provide direction and follow up
- Able to operate vehicles safely following the vehicle safety program
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

**Education and Experience**:

- Completion of High School required
- 2 - 3 years or Fleet Coordination; preferably in truck fleet rentals, leasing and sales
- Mechanical aptitude in a service/repairs focused environment
- Microsoft Office
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and ability to provide a driver’s abstract
