**Position Summary**

Enova Power Corp. is the trusted energy provider, dedicated to delivering safe and reliable energy solutions that power our communities forward. Serving more than 157,000 residential and business customers in the City of Kitchener and Waterloo, Township of Woolwich, Wilmot, and Wellesley, Enova Power Corp. is the 7th largest electricity distribution utility in Ontario.

This position reports to the Distribution Superintendent and provides general administrative support to the Operations Department.

**Skills/Abilities/Knowledge**
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
- Basic MS Office skills and use of Corporate software
- Intermediate time management and planning skills with the ability to multitask and adopt to changing industry standards
- Able to deal with fellow employees and customers in a tactful and courteous manner
- Basic mathematical skills
- Intermediate problem solving, critical thinking and trouble shooting skills within known procedures or precedents
- Intermediate knowledge pertaining to the Electrical Safety Authority and Ontario One Call
- Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety requirements as it relates to individual, organizational and operational requirements

**Experience/Education**
- 2 years’ related experience
- Post Secondary education in business administration or related discipline

**Major (Primary) Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with inquiries and process service requests
- Update Customer Information System, create service orders and distribute to Distribution Supervisors
- Coordinate and schedule service changes, disconnects for safety and maintenance work with the customer, Operations and ESA in accordance with required procedures
- Liaise with Ontario One Call to schedule locates
- Process time sheets and vendor invoices and investigate discrepancies
- Process customer payments for layout utility charges
- Create work orders for recoverable and non-recoverable work
- Document street light issues for repair and invoicing
- Collect monthly operations data to comply with reporting requirements
