As a Law Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our legal team by conducting research, preparing documents, and ensuring the seamless operation of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and professionals
  • Open, organize and manage litigation files
  • Preparation of legal documents and correspondence
  • Review transcripts to summarize and prepare lists of undertakings
  • Assisting with case management and administrative tasks
  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal team members
  • Providing litigation support to lawyers prior to and during trials and hearings


Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or Law Clerk
  • Legal assistant or Law clerk diploma an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
