**GOcxm** is a leading **Interactive D2C Mobile Technology** platform transforming how brands and retailers engage, convert, and retain consumers. GOcxm’s experience with shopper marketing, retail and event activations, upper funnel acquisition, trade marketing, and data analytics has enabled it to assist brands and partners turn consumer interactions into continuous engagements that drive increased conversion, retention, sales, and community.
The **Account Manager** will work with the Account Management team, managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their needs are heard, understood, and addressed by internal departments.
You will play a critical role in shaping the planning and execution of GOcxm’s overall client experience across the entire journey. A passionate, detail-oriented multi-tasker to help ensure the voice and needs of the client are heard and understood across departments.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the agency's clients, including helping to design the project strategy, coordinate projects, and track progress
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams (e.g. creative, data, technology) to ensure client objectives are met
- Monitor and reporting on campaign performance metrics, making recommendations for optimization as necessary
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact for their needs
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients’ business, acting as a translator to help internal teams client understand client business challenges and how we can help to solve
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, data, technology) to ensure client objectives are met
- Lead the preparation of client presentations and reports
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to marketing technology and advertising
**Account Manager Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and tools, including ad serving, analytics, and social media management is considered an asset
- Client-side experience is considered an asset
- Ability to speak and write French is considered an asset
**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
