Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Fluid Power Sales Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for provide excellent customer service to our existing customers, leading a small team of inside sales representatives & service technicians, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships and supplier relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the team of inside sales representatives & service technicians to achieve excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our key customers & suppliers
- Train and mentor sales & service team members to improve performance
- Collaborate with ownership team to develop effective sales & marketing campaigns
- Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- MUST have 5-10 years of fluid power experience
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Microsoft
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics & hose & fittings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Certified fluid power specialist would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fluid Power: 5 years (required)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
