**The Opportunity**:
**Essential Job Functions**
- Interfaces with end users to resolve complex issues concerning end user computing devices and systems which have been logged through the client ticketing system.
- Assesses diagnostic information and determines alternative courses of action.
- May recommend and implement process changes.
- Coordinates and/or conducts install, move, add, and change (IMAC) activities based for complex activities including integrated equipment and systems.
- Measures, maintains and documents team performance in relation to established goals, time frames and service levels and revises plans as necessary.
- Provides technical services in support of project work; works with project teams to develop, engineer and implement defined technical activities, such as distributing new personal computers, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Provides guidance and training to client population on system and products to eliminate recurring errors for systems/products.
- Escalates issues or concerns as appropriate. Recommends changes to procedures and processes; implements as approved.
- Provide mobile support to end users for tablets and phones.
- Support complex hardware and/or software upgrades to existing equipment.
- Carry out inventory checks as required.
- Assist as needed with general warehouse activities such as shipping, receiving of new assets, and sending out end of life or e-waste equipment.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience supporting a technical environment.

**Other Qualifications**
- Proven success in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver IT services.
- Demonstrate ability to follow up on issues independently and ensure they are resolved promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Able to analyze technical issues and think critically to provide recommendations.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
- Strong initiative and effective ownership of task management
