**How You'll Make an Impact**
The Customer Service Supervisor will process and supervise all administrative activities to support the Valvoline business units and internal and external customers for one or more of the following functional areas: Order Entry and Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, DASH and/or E-business support. In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Processing and supervising the sales order process - orders, corrections, returns and billings.
- Being a point of escalation for orders, account issues or customer inquiries that cannot be handled by a Customer Service Representative.
- Monitoring transaction flow to ensure the best use of resources and identifying areas of improvement.
- Monitoring accounts receivables process and attending monthly Credit and Credit review meetings (for Direct Market: IITWI, for Retail: Monthly A/R review by account - with Retail Business Analysts)
- Working with Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain to manage escalated order/shipment/supply issues to meet customer requirements.
- Being a point of contact for process changes and managing implementation to the team.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
**What You'll Need**
- Two to four year college degree or commensurate work experience
- Bilingual French
- Minimum one year of customer service or call center experience
- Supervisory or leadership role experience
- Experience with or knowledge of SAP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
