**What You’ll Do**
- **Prospect & Generate Leads** - Identify and reach out to local businesses that need marketing help.
- **Pitch & Close Deals** - Educate potential clients on LaLune’s services and craft tailored solutions.
- **Build & Maintain Relationships** - Follow up with leads, provide excellent customer service, and ensure long-term client retention.
- **Network & Attend Events** - Represent LaLune at local networking groups (e.g., BNI), business events, and industry gatherings.
- **Track & Report Sales** - Maintain records of outreach efforts, deals closed, and follow-ups.
**Who You Are**

- **Charismatic & Persuasive** - You know how to build rapport and sell with confidence.
- **Experienced in B2B Sales** - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
- **Tech-Savvy & Marketing-Smart** - You understand digital marketing or are willing to learn fast.
- **Independent & Resourceful** - You manage your own pipeline and sales process.
**Compensation & Commission**
- **20-30% commission** on closed deals based on value.
- **Residual commissions** for retainers (Earn passive income from long-term clients).
- **Bonuses** for hitting sales milestones and bringing in high-value clients.
- **Potential to earn $5,000 - $15,000+ per month** depending on performance.
**How to Apply**
**Duties**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
- Conduct presentations and service demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Manage accounts by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Utilize ClickUp for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand your network.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies.
- Proficiency in ClickUp or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $72,821.00-$81,688.00 per year
