The Portfolio Manager is a critical part of the RADIUS Consulting and Training Services area and is responsible for. working with an identified portfolio of internal stakeholders and external clients to design and implement projects, manage project budgets and project facilitators, coaches and other delivery staff and contractors as necessary; and complete project evaluations. The role also supports the identification of new project and client opportunities and contributes to overall strategic direction for the area. The Portfolio Manager applies a justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion framework to all aspects of their scope of work.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education, Business, or a related field, and five years of related experience in areas such as project management, program or project development and management; experience in a consulting or project-based environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Knowledge of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) and its systemic impacts on social innovation.
- Knowledge of the principles of anti-discrimination towards race, gender, ability, sexuality, religion, and class.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, budgetary, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project evaluation skills.
- Ability to organize, plan and adapt projects as necessary, including coaching clients in the process
- Ability to maintain excellent client service and professionalism when consulting with clients.
- Ability to coordinate and oversee the work of multiple contributors on projects to ensure project goals are met.
- Ability to exercise mature judgment, diplomacy, discretion, business acumen, and to maintain confidentiality.
