Réceptionniste / Front Desk Receptionist

Effectue des réservations par téléphone et en personne
Traite les check-outs et les check-ins des clients
Gère les changements et les annulations
Enregistre les invités et attribue les chambres
Accueil les demandes spéciales autant que possible
Utilise des techniques de vente suggestives pour vendre des chambres et pour vendre d'autres services de l'hôtel
Connaît l'emplacement des chambres, les types de chambres disponibles et les tarifs des chambres
Maintient la propreté et la propreté de la zone de réception
Tous les agents de service à la clientèle doivent effectuer toutes les autres tâches requises ou demandées par la direction
Compétences et exigences: Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral)
Présentation professionnelle requise
Étude en tourisme ou en hôtellerie un atout
Expérience en hôtellerie ou dans un poste orienté service à la clientèle et audition un atout
Être à l’aise avec l’informatique et avoir une bonne capacité d’apprentissage
Avoir une personnalité positive, être souriant, avoir une voix agréable au téléphone
Être particulièrement responsable et fiable
Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression, en gardant son calme, sa courtoisie et son sourire
Être en bonne condition physique

Rémunération : à partir de 17,00$ par heure
Heures prévues : 40 par semaine
