Job Overview

As a Front Desk Agent at Club Med, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and during their stay
  • Provide information on Club Med services and products
  • Make suggestions to improve daily operations
  • Contribute to additional sales turnover
  • Handle financial transactions and follow payment and billing policies
  • Collaborate with the Guest Relation service and assume tasks when necessary
  • Replace the Night Audit or Night Receptionist as needed
  • Ensure compliance with Hygiene & Safety standards and emergency procedures
