**The Opportunity**

Leavitt Machinery is looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented **Field Service Dispatcher** to join our team in **Edmonton, Alberta**. As a Service Dispatcher, you play a critical role in the successful coordination of service jobs, including managing scheduling and assigning work to Technicians. Importantly, you will ensure that the services we provide meet or exceed the needs of our internal and external customers.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Field Service Dispatcher your key responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling, coordinating and assigning all jobs for Technicians
- Managing new and ongoing work orders using an ERP system
- Owning incoming leads using established programs and processes
- Utilizing the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointments
- Scheduling Technicians according to the provisions of the applicable Collective Agreement, ensuring compliance
- Communicating with Service and Parts team members to ensure workloads are maximized, and customer needs are managed proactively
- Maintaining ongoing and professional customer communication throughout the course of each repair job
- Managing the WIP Report and billing customers; reviewing invoice proposals for accuracy 100% of the time
- Adhering to all safety programs and initiatives, including programs for field workers

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Sales, Business, Management or a related discipline
- Previous related experience strongly preferred, including scheduling and coordination experience
- Previous experience in the machinery industry, as well as mechanical knowledge, would be a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability
- A customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
