**Job Summary**
**WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?**
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Manage a team of system programmers to provide technical currency for products.
- Maintains strong operational knowledge of security products (RACF, zSecure, ICSF, etc.)
- Provide expertise and software management and support skills for mainframe products.
- Provide leadership and direction over security and next generation products.
**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?**
**Must have**:
- Familiarity with and strong adherence to change management processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of & experience in mainframe z/OS technology
- Commitment to excellence in deliverables and support
- Champion strong software management and technology currency.
**Nice-to-have**:
- Prior experience managing a team.
- Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers.
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
