- POSITION TYPE_**:Full time**
- **DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:_
- Scheduling the production team to complete high-quality jobs on budget.
- Working with clients and crew leaders to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Soft Schedule all work to maintain current timelines. Hard schedule 2 weeks in advance.
- Maintaining communication with Shady Lane Expert Tree Care clients and team members
- Perform daily schedule updates, ensure all work orders are completed, reschedule if needed.
- Maintain our 4.9 of 5 google reviews online with excellent customer service.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of industry experience (Scheduling)
- Excellent Communication.
- Lives and loves the S.L. company core values.
- Strong knowledge of the GTA geographically.
- Organized.
- Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively.
- Commitment to your team and an understanding of safety culture in a business.
- Ability to lead and motivate others if needed.

$30-$34/hour

**Salary**: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
