With this in mind, we’re looking for a **_Patient Services Lead - Victoria_** **to support our mission by providing tailored education and patient support services to both new and existing patients at our Victoria Office.

**Full Time - **_Patient Services Lead_** **- Victoria**

Here at CannaConnect, we specialized in providing a safe and caring environment for our veteran clientele. Our clinics offer a unique cross between medical clinic and wellness lounge, allowing our patients to feel taken care of from a professional standpoint, while also enjoying an environment that is fun and inviting. As a Patient Services Lead**_,_** you will be a key contributor to all things related to patient care, as well as being host/facilitator to anything going on in our wellness lounge. You will work closely with our Veteran ambassadors in the clinic and with programming. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new patients, arranging their appointments with physicians, performing follow up calls and updating their files when necessary. You’ll also provide our clients with the information and education they need to handle medical cannabis safely and effectively. In addition to the administrative patient-related services, you will be responsible, for helping to organize and run social events in our wellness lounge_s_. This may include the occasional weekend or evening event.

**Compensation and Qualifications**

This is a full time position, running our Wellness Lounge in Victoria, BC This is position will require flexibility on a weekly basis with the schedule varying as-needed.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

- A post-secondary degree or diploma
- Customer Service experience in a front-line setting
- Previous experience in a client-facing setting is an asset
- Previous experience in a sales/education role is an asset
- Previous experience in a medical setting is an asset
- Knowledge of Medical Cannabis and/or Previous Medical Cannabis Education is an asset
