**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in food management or a related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and industry trends
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and cash handling
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control principles
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- POS: Proficiency in using Point of Sale systems for order processing, payment handling, and generating reports.
- Team Management: Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of food service staff.
- Customer Service: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Food Preparation: Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including cooking methods, portion control, and food safety standards.
- Cash Handling: Experience in handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Restaurant Management: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and menu planning.
- Hospitality: Understanding of the hospitality industry and the importance of creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests.
