**Overview**:
**Duties include**:

- Maintain Excel worksheet detailing all capital inventory, pending orders, deals in process and work-ready inventory. Verify data from source documents.
- Maintain all equipment files and security of those files
- both digital and hard copy
- Assist sales representatives and clients in gathering required documentation for leases with outside funders. Coordinate with funders to provide what is needed for timely funding.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for all trucks sold, focusing on accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance of all OMVIC rules and regulations in preparing sales contracts
- Offer inside support for sales staff. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with outside funding sources and clients
- Prepare vehicle delivery packages and licensing paperwork.
- Register equipment warranties with the appropriate supplier
- Maintain garage register
- Assist sales force with any special needs.
- Review completed deal files to ensure all required documentation is included (digital and hard copy)
- Learn basics on product lines and assist with marketing initiatives.
- Assist with implementation of project management tool to streamline above responsibilities.
- Support President and Controller with special projects, presentations, and limited social media
- Interact with vendors, customers, prospective customers, sales force and other departments
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem-solve independently and bring potential solutions to management.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Proficient using a computer with strong typing skills.
- Exceptional follow-up a must
- Positive Attitude, pleasant phone demeanor
- Industry knowledge is a huge plus.
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator or a similar administrative capacity
- Experience meeting deadlines

**Salary**: $47,500.00-$53,000.00 per year
