Quality Assurance Analyst - Intermediate

Position Highlights

The Intermediate Quality Assurance Analyst is part of the IS HR Corporate Service Solutions team and supports the HRIS and

HR Business on solution testing. They analyze current systems to create and maintain strong solution and security quality

practices.

ESS/MSS and E-Recruitment. The QA analyst is expected to support the wider HRCSS team by coordinating monthly releases

as a Scrum Master.

This involves supporting delivery of on-going business operations (releases), corporate projects, and technology/environment

projects through effective planning, design, implementation, integration, and maintenance.

**Accountabilities will include**:

- Creating test plans, scenarios and strategies; developing test scripts and test data requirements.
- Document test results, objectives, data sets and status reports.
- Be the champion of efficient and effective delivery of releases/projects.
- Support effective incident, problem and change management.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to development teams in solution quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in reviewing defects to stakeholders.
- Validate test scenarios and working collaboratively identify problems and workarounds in a timely and effective manner for our

business stakeholders.
- Monitor and update Control-M Job schedules for daily runs.

Position Requirements

To make an immediate contribution in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience in the above mentioned activities, as well

**as**:

- Demonstrated experience in business acceptance, functional validation methods and standards in HR solutions.
- Strong HR SAP system knowledge in modules such as Payroll, CATS & Time, OM, PA, ESS/MSS, Performance and Talent

Management, E-Recruitment and job scheduling.
- Good understanding of Control-M, JIRA, HPSM and Data Warehouse tools and concepts.
- Contribute to Guilds, and the outcomes of Guilds,
- Working experience of creating and executing manual test cases from acceptance test criteria.
- Good communication, interpersonal, time management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and complete multiple concurrent tasks in an environment of changing deadlines, priorities and

requirements.

**Preferred additional skills**:

- Experience with interfaces and system integration concepts.
