The QA Inspector reports to the Production Manager and interacts closely with our manufacturing and design teams as well as working with our customers’ in-house QA teams.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the quality control and inspection of finished products ensuring fit, function, and compliance with customer specifications. They also must be highly organized, methodical, and ideally have relevant work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required for this customer-facing position. You will need the professionalism and experience necessary to interact with our clients at all levels.

This position involves running tests on product fit and function, measuring product dimensions, and preparing and maintaining QA documentation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Interpreting technical drawings and developing qualification measurement/test procedures as well as test methods/plans.
- Documenting and maintaining inspection requirements and quality standards.
- Inspecting finished products against specifications, generating reports based on gathered data
- Interacting with engineering, operations, customer support, and suppliers to define and solve quality issues
- Processing NCRs and RMAs and coordinating resulting CARs.
- Operating our in-house Mitutoyo CMM

**Training**
Training will be provided for this position along with ongoing mentoring and professional development.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
