**Mission of your role**:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you are executing events and campaigns based on our Annual marketing plan that support the generation of new engagements and the nurturing of existing engagements in our global marketplace. In doing so, you will be able to drive key contacts to our account managers and channel partners and, by extension, actively contribute to Vorum’s profitable growth.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute events efficiently (on time) and effectively (on budget for spend and KPIs)
- Identify relevant tradeshow opportunities, maintain an events calendar, and track important deadlines
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our brand and solutions
- Create marketing programs (e.g. product videos, website copy) that articulate the benefits and use cases of our products to drive qualified leads and to engage customers
- Work within the marketing budget, obtaining approvals where needed
- With the Product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our solutions, value proposition, and competitive positioning
- Conduct market analysis to map the competitive landscape and help establish key solution differentiators
- Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects through the sales cycle
- Maintain relevant data in Salesforce, tracking new contacts, leads, accounts, and engagements to plan
- Update role knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications
**Your Key Competencies & Qualifications**:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or college diploma, or exceptional marketing experience
- A track record of successfully planning and executing trade shows/marketing events
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Metrics-driven and analytical - proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results as an individual and a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to sell ideas well through creative and innovative presentations
- Relationship-oriented - develops effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and leads
- Preference for working in a collaborative cross-team capacity - this role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life our brand story
- Data tracking and analysis - proactively provides data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Lifelong learner - participates in educational opportunities and actively reads industry/trade publications
- A valid passport and valid driver’s license
**Bonus Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with Salesforce - Lightning Edition, Marketo, Sprout Social
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, or other graphic design tools
- Strong written and verbal communication in a 2nd language
