**Responsibilities**:

- Gain clarity on Hiring Demand Fulfilment priorities.
- Understand start date schedules and local resource support required to quickly fill positions.
- Edit the job description (where required) and post the job (Requisition) externally.
- Understand current Branding Strategies and deploy them consistently across locations.
- Manage the various aspects of the Recruitment Process.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months - 3 years of recruitment experience preferably high-volume recruiting
- French/English Bilingual

**Professional Skill Requirements**:

- Proficient in Written & Spoken English & French
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Hiring: 1 year (preferred)
