**Marketing & HR Assistant**

We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing & HR Assistant to join Virgin Law Group. Working as a part of a strong administration team and reporting to the firm’s Human Resources Manager, the Marketing & HR Assistant will work within a dynamic group of lawyers and legal support members. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to break into or obtain growth within the legal industry and gain further experience in marketing, social media and human resources.

**Key Responsibilities**

Human Resources
- Assist with onboarding initiatives, including new hire packages and orientation schedules
- Provide calendar management to the Human Resources Manager
- Assist with development of policies and procedures
- Assist with implementing exit interviews
- Manage employee birthday cards, anniversary announcements
- Manage the scheduling of all Management meetings
- Maintain confidential HR files and databases

Marketing & Social Media
- Website and social media management
- Schedule new employee website photos
- Posting of new employee biographies and lawyer publishments
- Event Planning and organizing seminars
- Content creation
- Support a wide variety of administrative tasks to the COO and Director of Administration from time to time to effectively lead the company.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/professional workspace
- Marketing and/or human resources experience is considered an asset
- High level of confidentiality
- Ability to work within a team and individually
- Working knowledge of ESA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and, Facebook.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external professionals.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Results driven, analytical, self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to logically identify solutions or approaches to issues.
