Receptionist / Legal Intake Clerk

- Handling potential client calls and converting them to paid consultation. **This is the main task**:

- Call back all callers/texts from radio show
- Ensure all documents received are added to client electronic folder, lawyers calendar
- Book consultations for lawyers by following specific intake steps
- Calendar management of 15 lawyers in terms of booking consultations
- Make up client consultation folders
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Book all zoom meetings for the whole firm
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier services
- General office duties as assigned from time to time
- Book boardrooms for meetings
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and Lawyers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following an defined selling process with potential clients
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about services, prices, and availability
- General office duties as assigned from time to time

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Strong team player
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Willingness and desire to learn
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Ghost Practice
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Prior experience working at a law firm is considered an asset

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
