**Assistant Manager of Facilities**
**_Permanent Full-Time _**

We are seeking an Assistant Manager of Facilities to be responsible for the day-to-day operations,

maintenance and repair of the District’s facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can work

with the Manager of Facilities to set objectives and create strategies for the effective maintenance and

operations of District facilities. In addition, the Assistant Manager will coordinate and oversee ongoing

projects, and provide leadership and direction to the Facilities staff. This dynamic and technical position would

**General Summary**

Reporting to the Manager of Facilities, the Assistant Manager of Facilities is responsible for the day-to-day operations,

maintenance and repair of the District’s facilities. In addition to assisting with the efficient delivery of maintenance to

District facilities, the Assistant Manager coordinates and oversees ongoing projects, as well as provides leadership and

direction to the Facilities staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**

**Leadership and Supervision**
- Works closely with the Manager of Facilities to set objectives and create strategies for the effective maintenance

and operations of the District’s facilities.

basis.
