**What You’ll Do as a Training Supervisor**:
As the Training Supervisor, you will:

- **Lead Training Programs**: Train new team members using Zen Cleaning’s detailed **training manuals and SOPs**, ensuring consistency in cleaning techniques and processes.
- **Hands-On Leadership**: Work alongside team members in clients’ homes, demonstrating proper techniques and providing real-time coaching to ensure exceptional results.
- **Maintain Standards**: Uphold and enforce Zen Cleaning’s high standards for residential, move-out, and post-construction cleaning.
- **Provide Feedback**: Conduct performance evaluations for new hires during training, offering constructive feedback to help them grow.
- **Inspect and Monitor Quality**: Ensure every clean meets Zen Cleaning’s rigorous standards of quality and attention to detail.
- **Foster Growth**: Act as a mentor, inspiring confidence and professionalism in the team.
- **Problem-Solve**: Address any challenges during training and implement solutions that align with company standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in the cleaning industry, with a strong understanding of residential, move-out, and post-construction cleaning.
- **Leadership Skills**: A natural ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others to excel.
- **Attention to Detail**: A meticulous approach to cleaning and training, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- **Fluent English**: Clear and fluent English is mandatory to effectively train team members and communicate with clients.
- **Reliable Transportation**: Your own vehicle is required to travel to various job sites.
- **Knowledgeable and Organized**: Familiarity with cleaning equipment, products, and efficient cleaning practices.
- **Professionalism**: A strong work ethic and commitment to upholding Zen Cleaning’s reputation for excellence and integrity.
