**Purpose/goals**:
The key purposes of a QA Supervisor include:

- Quality Monitoring: Supervise and assess quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Co-ordinate and guide QA technicians, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in quality processes and suggest or implement improvements.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure products or services meet industry regulations, customer expectations, and company policies.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and work on corrective and preventive measures.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives, providing reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., production, Design, Engineering and Service) to align quality objectives with organizational goals.

**Shift: Day Shift (8Am to 4.30PM), Flexible to work in Rotating shift, PM shift based on the operational requirement - on site**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Foster a culture, including ways of working and behaviors, that is congruent with our mission, values, and success model.

2. Identify and implement ways of working that make quality first a shared mindset and a way of life at CBB. Focus will be on the process, not the individual

3. Ability to build strong business relationships and work collaboratively across multiple functions.

4. Support the development of the Cornerstone Quality Management System and lead the execution at the factory.

5. Develops and executes effective methods for inspection, testing, sampling, and training.

6. Monitor the customer satisfaction and internal metrics, drive initiatives and projects to improve quality as a competitive advantage.

7. Understand that speed matters and is prompt with action and information, willing to make decisions based on calculated risks, and moves issues to closure by driving teams forward.

8. Understanding & executing SOP’s, FMEA’s, SPC, Control Plans, Process & Product Audits.

9. To implement and maintain the quality management system

10. To lead the continuous improvement process throughout the company

11. To ensure that all quality related data is forward to executive management

12. Guide and Lead groups in the problem-solving process

13. Manage and monitor the incoming inspection process.

14. Do external audits and work with suppliers to ensure they have a quality system in place.
