Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing and manufacturing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to develop the next generation of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyser technology.

We are hiring a Facilities Manager to maintain and oversee the upkeep of the buildings and facilities equipment, and supervise team members.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Inspect facilities and equipment to determine if repairs or preventative maintenance is required.
- Identify, prioritize, and recommend required projects, equipment replacement or preventative maintenance work.
- Ensure that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
- Create and maintain the preventative maintenance schedule.
- Work with the Director of Operations and Finance department to define the annual facilities budget.
- Coordinate direct reports to conduct maintenance and repairs activities.
- Contract, oversee and ensure safety compliance for outside staff, contractors and service providers when performing repairs, renovations and regular facility related services.
- Validate the results of repairs, maintenance and regular services. Propose corrective actions as necessary.
- Be available for on-call duty to respond to emergency situations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 4+ years management experience in a Facility Management Operations role with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety.

**Annual Salary**: $80,000 to $105,000.
