All West Demolition Ltd is seeking a Safety Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the management of all Safety related activities and projects within the company. The position will be responsible for the following:

- Manage all Safety related activities and projects
- Manage and coordinate all Safety related activities and projects within the company
- Train employees on proper safety practices
- Manage safety programs and procedures within the company
- Conduct regular safety meetings with employees to review current safety issues and how to improve future performance
- Manage employee safety programs and procedures within the company
- Ensure that all Safety related documents are completed accurately, timely, and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following standard operating procedures and guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all Safety related activities and projects within the company.

**Skills**:

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to collaborate with others on projects. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, problem solving skills, follow-up skills, ability to multi-task, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ability to work in fast-paced environments, ability to take direction when needed from leadership team members, ability to work with mínimal supervision or guidance, ability to follow instructions when given tasks or directions from supervisors or managers.

Education: NCSO and safety experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
