**Job Overview**: Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. This role involves supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation, and maintaining inventory levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision of Kitchen Staff**:

- Assign tasks and monitor performance of kitchen staff.
- Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff.
- **Food Preparation and Quality Control**:

- Assist in food preparation as needed.
- Monitor food quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Exposure to kitchen hazards such as heat and sharp equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
