**About the team**

This is an exciting opportunity for students to join our SAP Product Support team. You will provide functional/ business related and technical support to our customers worldwide. We help our customers maximize the benefits of Source and Procure solutions to facilitate a global exchange of goods and services in the world’s largest business-to-business trading community. We use our expertise and collaborate with team members and customers across the globe to provide detailed solutions that exceed expectations. Supporting global customers means we are a diverse workforce that are highly motivated and passionate about delivering first class customer experiences.

**What you’ll do**

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Product Support

Location: Toronto, ON

Expected Start Date: May 2023

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week
- Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services
- Analyze complex, real world, unique problems, often working in production environments
- Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents
- Feel the satisfaction of delivering a solution to customers that makes their businesses run simpler and better
- Work as part of an international team; meet, work, and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world
- Participate in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance
- Attend (external and internal) e-Learning Lessons, Remote Learning Sessions, Classroom Training and Coaching
- Help to ensure SLAs are met on time and escalated cases are assigned promptly to the right experts

**Who you are**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related areas
- Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming desired (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.)
- Some knowledge of database structures and SQL preferred
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)
- Problem solving/analytical skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Team Player who can work in a collaborative environment
- Change agility and flexibility
- Fluent in English
