STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a Lab Manager, Manufacturing ISO to join our dynamic team. The Lab Manager, Manufacturing ISO will support all areas of manufacturing with site specific communications and collaborate with other groups who interact with the manufacturing functional teams. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring successful administration of departmental programs and implementation of improvements. You will play a pivotal role in our production operations, fostering collaborations between all manufacturing teams and making informed decisions to drive efficiency, productivity and safety.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support management by leading and coordinating all aspects of assigned programs, including but not limited to establishing detailed documentation to outline timelines, CapEx budgets and program deliverables, collaborating within the department and cross-functional teams
- Support Process Specialists and Managers of functional areas in the onboarding and set up of manufacturing equipment by working with user groups and other departments
- Identifying areas for process enhancements, implementing improvements and driving efficiency across the manufacturing pipeline
- Collaborate with area managers and coordinate training across manufacturing sites focusing on standardization across similar operations including identifying gaps in training procedures
- Assist manufacturing managers with various departmental safety duties

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry or other life sciences related disciple with 3-5 years of previous experience with lab management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and internal customer service orientation including advanced knowledge of spreadsheets to communicate state of projects and deadlines to multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) both in one-on-one and group settings
- Prior experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes, policies and procedures in a ISO regulated manufacturing environment including ERP systems knowledge
