**Product Business Manager, Cloud**
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for strategic business management and planning for Microsoft, which includes establishing strong, productive vendor relations at multiple hierarchy levels. You are able to build visibility with the vendor and customers to create a competitive distribution advantage for SYNNEX products and well as act as an influencer to resellers to specify our offerings.

- Develop annual strategic business strategies for important market driving initiatives
- Provide consistent tracking against annual and quarterly plans for achieving market growth and incremental sales
- Conduct quarterly vendor business reviews showcasing SYNNEX execution against current plans with strategic vendors
- Possess ability to quickly pivot against a current strategy if proven ineffective based on ROI and results
- Refine growth plans on an ongoing basis as new opportunities come into play
- Identify target resellers for BD focus based on SYNNEX BI data analysis.
- Identify ways to build margin by means of bundling, introducing generic third-party materials, etc.
- Oversee the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments; identifies volume and strategic customers; and develops partnerships
- Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information, and creates compelling market analysis presentations
- Define what our messaging should be in Canada, who has knowledge of different vendors and different reseller personas, how we want to position and promote our Cloud portfolio, and who develops a strong value proposition that drives attachment. Additional critical functions associated with this role include:
- Holistic Portfolio Messaging (not vendor-centric), Value Prop, Program Development and Launch
- Define and develop the GTM strategy and program requirements for Canadian Cloud solutions
- Ensure GTM strategy in line with Vendor priorities & drives Vendor Marketing program
- Incorporates and drives Partner Enablement into the value proposition (Practice Builders)
- Collaborate with Strategic Development to incorporate and drive new Cloud value propositions, sales plays, and offer structures into the Canadian Cloud portfolio GTM
- Incorporate Services plays and capabilities into the value proposition and offer models
- Role will also aggregate and manage monthly and quarterly business performance reporting cadence for executives
- For the Canadian Cloud portfolio area, this function is responsible for 'What we say', 'Who we say it to', and 'How we say it'
- Work with marketing and program management team to develop programs for demand creation and sales development
- Present vendor marketing programs and objectives to sales force
- Obtain vendor funding for marketing events and programs
- Identify in-demand products within assigned product line and develop effective marketing to build awareness and sales volume
- Cross market complementary solutions into appropriate vertical segments
**Your passion is sparked by**:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience, and/ or minimum 5 years' experience in IT networking (either sales or product management)
- Technical background and experience with technology
- College degree required (preferably Business, Marketing, or Management)
- Excellent knowledge of products in assigned portfolio
- Excellent knowledge of IT industry. Understanding of market trends and demands
- Ability to use standard software: MS Office Applications
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- General understanding of marketing including product demonstrations. Understand the market and competitive landscape
- Strong business development skills
