**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create and update menus to meet customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and food safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred

Pay: $44,263.00-$80,732.28 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
