If so, your expertise interests us We are currently looking for a Quality Technician (process and development) who will be responsible for advising and assisting in the integration and development of new concepts, processes, tools, devices and products at Bath Fitter.
**In summary, what does the role consist of?**
The Quality Technician will position himself or herself as an expert advisor by helping to integrate and develop new ideas, methods, tools, equipment and products at Bath Fitter. Using his/her expertise, the technician will answer customer questions and create documentation to support the company's existing products. He/she will also be in charge of participating in the certification process of our products, then informing the various stakeholders about the new products by giving them demonstrations.

**What is the ideal profile for this position?**
- Hold a college or university degree in a related field;
- Around 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Ability to develop technical documents and present them;
- Ability to work with manual tools (saw, drill and others);
- Bilingualism, French and English;
- Must be able to travel within the United States and other countries (5-10%)
**As a Quality Technician (process and development), your responsibilities will be**:
- Receive and evaluate requests for new products and issue technical recommendations on their development;
- Communicate directly with franchisees to obtain technical details regarding product requests or to answer their technical questions;
- Develop, document and carry out test protocols to evaluate products;
- Develop presentations or information documents and demonstrate new products and their technical information to stakeholders;
- Collaborate in the mold development and approval process;
- Ensure that current processes are kept up to date then create or adapt processes according to the evolution of our practices;
- Create, modify, manage and publish information on the dimensions of different products;
- Contribute to the product certification process and possibly be called upon to create the display and install the products.
