Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for real estate? Austin Real Estate Consultants is seeking a dynamic and motivated Administrative Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support our operations by providing administrative assistance and analysis for backup to property tax appeals and private mortgage lending. **Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit detailed reports for mortgage lending and property tax appeals.
- Prepare visually appealing Excel charts that effectively present sales data and assessments, aiding in the analysis and visualization of relevant data and trends.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing and data system to ensure efficient organization and accessibility to documents, sales and rental data.
- Obtain, organize and analyze BC Assessment valuations.
- Research market information and property trends in the Lower Mainland.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and maintaining strong relationships to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to efficiently manage data and documents.
- Basic mathematical skills for performing routine calculations and financial tasks.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills for proofreading and editing purposes.
- Familiarity with real estate concepts, terminology, and practices is preferred. However, a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field will also be considered.
- Ability to work part-time with the potential for full-time employment in the future.
- Comfortable working remotely and/or in-office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

This is a contractor position with an average of 20-25 hours per week, varying seasonally with full-time required in January and February. For the rest of the year, work on your own time so long as deadlines are met. A great opportunity for someone who needs or wants a flexible schedule and is looking to learn more about real estate.

Pay ranges between $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience.
