**> Summary**:
**>Key Accountabilities**:
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

- Provide expert-level technical support for the Fujifilm Synapse Pathology solution to customers and internal teams.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to customer operations.
- Collaborate with Fujifilm’s technical team to address escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the senior account executive to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with local project management and support teams to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with Fujifilm’s product and technical teams to stay updated on product developments and enhancements.

Implementation and Training:

- Assist in the installation and configuration of the Fujifilm Synapse Pathology solution at customer sites.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system and maximizing its capabilities.
- Develop and update training materials and documentation as needed.

Project Management Support:

- Support local project management teams in planning and executing projects related to the Fujifilm Synapse Pathology solution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their technical needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Participate in the development and implementation of other Christie Innomed solutions as required.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on customer interactions and technical experiences.

**>Job requirements**

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the medical imaging or healthcare IT industry.
- Experience with pathology or medical imaging solutions is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues.
- Knowledge of network configurations, database management, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and other healthcare standards and protocols.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Travel:

- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Canada as needed.
