Store Manager

**Summary**:
The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the branch according to business plans and objectives. Daily operations include staff management, customer satisfaction, product presentation, inventory management, and carrying out seasonal changes and promotional activities.
**Job Duties**:
- Achieve store budget by adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Prioritize the customer experience to ensure exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety Regulations standards are met.
- Maintain adequate stock through efficient inventory management.
- Increase sales, expand markets, and promote business to meet given goals within provided guidelines.
- Oversee and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures among staff members.
- Verify invoices against packaging slips and track all expenditures.
- Creating visual merchandising displays to attract customers.
- Provide regular updates and reports to your designated Regional Manager.
- Complete daily bank deposits and strictly follow reconciliation protocols.
- Maintain and adhere to store policies and procedures.
- Lead in hiring, training, and developing staff members.
- Promoting a positive work environment.
**Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Minimum equivalent high school diploma (OSSD).
- Minimum of 3 + years of retail experience.
- Minimum of 1 year’s work experience in a supervisory role in a retail environment.
- Management experience preferred.
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Pool and Hot Tub experience is an asset.
**Working Conditions**:
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Some overtime required.
- Weekends required.
