**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of baristas, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive store performance. Your role is crucial in delivering the Starbucks experience to our customers and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of baristas and supervisors. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and provide ongoing feedback and support.

**Customer Experience**: Ensure the highest standards of customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively. Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

**Operational Excellence**: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Sales and Performance**: Drive sales and profitability through effective management of store performance, implementation of marketing strategies, and achievement of financial targets.

**Community Engagement**: Build relationships with local businesses and community members to promote Starbucks’ presence and participate in community events.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in a food or beverage retail environment. Starbucks experience is a must.

**Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Customer Focus**: Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive customer experience.

**Financial Acumen**: Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and achieving sales targets.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle and resolve conflicts, make informed decisions, and manage operational challenges effectively.

**Flexibility**: Availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
