Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising store staff
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising of products
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, targets, and company updates
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Cannabis Industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- CanSell & Background Check required
- Would need to obtain a Cannabis Manager License if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cannabis: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
