IE Creation is a leading construction company specializing in renovation and landscaping projects. We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Labourers. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the construction industry, as no prior experience is required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) in various construction tasks
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform general site clean-up and debris removal
- Prepare and maintain work areas by organizing tools and materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Learn and develop skills on the job through hands-on training and guidance from experienced professionals
**Requirements**:
- No prior experience in the construction industry is necessary; we will provide on-the-job training
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
