**Customer Success Associate**

Signal is the only technology that automates the process of importing vehicles from Canada to the US, making it easy for dealers to turn inventory faster and make more money. We are growing rapidly, which presents an opportunity to grow alongside the business for motivated, high-performing individuals.

We are seeking a **Customer Success Associate **to join our growing, global team. You will provide on-boarding, technical product expertise, and business knowledge to proactively support the sales process and strengthen customer relationships, leading technical demos and detailed on-boarding calls across our robust product lines. Partnering with internal stakeholders across sales, revenue operations, and product, you will ensure the smoothest possible customer experience and lines of feedback while escalating issues to appropriate internal resources, as necessary.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Activate and onboard accounts - including virtual training, best practices, support material, and relationship building.
- Ongoing account and relationship management - training partners on new product releases, new training tools, market trends and best practices.
- Proactively identify customer and partner needs, while working to provide creative insights and solutions that benefit the customer and the business.
- Daily follow-up communications to partners and customers to support demand channels.
- Running point on assigned customer relationships and escalations.
- Support Sales team through product training and identifying potential revenue opportunities.
- Maintain consistent, well-documented customer communication via Hub Spot CRM.
- Additional CS coordination or support material creation as assigned.
- 3 - 5 years of customer-facing, or account management experience
- Experience in SaaS/technology a plus.
- Experience in automotive is an asset but not a must.
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and self-driven - You love process and understand the importance of preparation.
- Tech savvy; able to explain technical details, requirements, and benefits to a non-technical audience.
- Extroverted personality; strong presentation skills and comfortable speaking in groups of people
- Ability to manage pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Positive, approachable, collaborative attitude, with a growth mindset.

**What we Offer**
- Compensation based on experience (55-60K)

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
